TO EAT
Unapologetic gourmet cuisine, both simple and original, based on French principles with a twist of international influences.
The menu follows the seasons, using carefully sourced and cooked raw ingredients. The suggestions, like the dish of the day, vary according to the Chef’s inspiration!
The dishes on offer are varied: traditional dishes, street food, meat to share, vegetarian dishes, fresh fish and shellfish, French tapas… The food selected is mainly French, locally sourced, organic, and sometimes even exceptional products.
TO DRINK
In the cellar, you’ll find an eclectic selection of wines, with an emphasis on artisan winemakers who respect the principles of natural farming and winemaking.
On tap, organic beers from a local craft brewery that combines traditional brewing with the latest innovations, as well as quality French cider (100% pure apple juice).
At the bar, you’ll find an original selection of spirits, most of them artisanal and French, combining cereals and plants, know-how and patience.
And a trendy range of softs, hot drinks and even alcohol-free wines and spirits!
